The junior coaching team would like to take this opportunity to thank all parents for their help and support in making 2007, despite the weather!, a most successful season.

In terms of winning trophies there has been one major success - The under 13's lifting the Gordon Cooper Cup in our first season in the Heavy Woollen Junior League, a great achievement and fully deserved.  Well done to all concerned.

At this moment in time the under 13’s are still involved in the Leeds Junior League Cup Competition and have qualified for the League play-offs. 

As coaches we believe quite strongly that the development of individual skills and the encouragement of positive attitudes is of equal importance to winning.  It has given us all great satisfaction in watching the progress of our young cricketers over the past year.

On a personal note we would like to thank Ian Cunliffe for providing sponsorship to enable us to provide club shirts for the Under 11 and Under 13 teams.  It would be ideal to develop this further and should any parents have any contacts, perhaps we could have all the teams in Carlton training tops, as well as shirts, next year!
